ArcEye Defense
The night shift is no longer hope someone saw the email.
Commercial security cameras and virtual guarding. ArcEye Property Defense, LLC. arceyedefense.com
The problem
Client incidents lived in inboxes and voicemail.
Camera health lived in four vendor consoles. Escalation paths lived in one person's head.
Leadership could not see, from one place, whether a site was healthy, whether a ticket had been touched, or what done meant when a camera went dark. The team inferred it. That is a black box with real properties on the other side of it.
What we built
One operations platform. Then the first layer of automation on top of it.
Phase 1, closed May 29, 2026: ArcEye Command. Knowledge base and search so the team is not hunting OneNote. Help-desk tickets with a full timestamp history, which FieldHub did not give them. Camera health in one view instead of hopping vendors. Microsoft sign-in for the team.
Phase 2 is the first automation layer on that foundation. Inbound calls become tickets (Angie). A camera that drops can be detected, rebooted, verified, or handed to a human.
Full auto-resolution of every tier 1 and tier 2 incident is not what shipped. We will not write it as if it did.
The result
Incidents have a system of record. Camera health is visible.
The night shift is no longer hope someone saw the email.
We can see whether a site is healthy and whether a ticket has been touched without asking three people. That used to live in inboxes.
When a camera drops, we see it, we try the reboot, and if it still needs a human the ticket is already there. We are not hunting voicemail at 2am.
