Ergon Insights exists to help people and organizations operate at their highest function, whatever their size and whatever their work. Ergon (ἔργον) means work in Greek. For us, it is a commitment to help you do your work at the highest level you are capable of.
That is the same act at every scale. A CTO who finally has a strategy worth defending. A small business that stops losing calls it will never get back. A team that leaves a workshop with AI doing real work instead of a folder of slides.

We are a veteran-owned family business, founded and wholly owned by Jason Oglesby and his wife, both U.S. military Veterans. Service shaped how we lead: servant leadership, high accountability, and proper work done with excellence. When you hire us, that is the standard you get, and the work you fund helps build something lasting in Northeast Tennessee.
It is also why we give the work away once a month. Appalachia Advances automates one business process for a small regional organization, free, because the fastest way to build the economy we want is to hand people back the hours they are losing.

Ergon Insights was founded on a simple conviction: technology leaders deserve better support. Not more consultants. Better partners who understand the weight of the decisions you make every day.
Jason held technology leadership roles at IQVIA. He holds an MS in Business Analytics. The approach blends technical depth with human insight, from someone who has built, scaled, and led, not only advised.
