Information We Collect

We collect information you choose to share through forms and conversations on this site, including name, email address, phone number, company, service interest, and message content. If you create or use an account, we also use account information needed to provide portal access.

How We Use Information

We use submitted information to respond to inquiries, evaluate fit for services, schedule conversations, provide requested resources, administer offers, improve the site, and maintain security and operations.

Text Messaging (SMS)

If you check the SMS consent box on one of our forms, we may send you text messages at the number you provide, including replies to your inquiry and occasional updates about services and offers. Consent is optional and is not a condition of purchase. Message frequency varies, and message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP at any time to opt out, or HELP for help. We keep a timestamped record of your consent and the exact language you agreed to. No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. AI Assistant (Sophia)

Our site offers an AI assistant, Sophia, that you can interact with by text chat or voice. When you use it, the content of your conversation is sent to third-party AI providers that operate the assistant on our behalf: a large-language-model provider (OpenAI) generates responses, and, for the voice feature, a speech-synthesis provider (ElevenLabs) produces spoken audio. Voice input is transcribed in your browser.

We record and store conversations and related analytics in our database (hosted by Supabase) to respond to you, provide requested follow-up, maintain security, and improve the assistant. If you provide contact details through the assistant, we use them to follow up as described above. Do not share sensitive personal information (such as financial, health, or government-ID numbers) with the assistant. You can contact us to request deletion of your conversation records, subject to legal and operational exceptions.

Messages You Send Us

When you text or otherwise message the phone numbers or forms on this site, the content, your phone number, and related metadata are delivered to us and to the internal email and messaging tools (such as our email provider and Slack) we use to read and respond to messages. Our telephony provider (Twilio) processes SMS/MMS messages to and from our numbers.

Cookies and Analytics

Essential cookies support core site and account functions. Optional analytics are loaded only after you accept analytics preferences. If you decline, the site remains usable and optional analytics scripts are not loaded.

Sharing

We do not sell visitor contact information. We may share information with service providers that help operate the site and our services, including our hosting and database provider (Supabase), telephony provider for SMS/MMS (Twilio), AI language-model and voice-synthesis providers that power the Sophia assistant (OpenAI and ElevenLabs), our email provider, team messaging tools (Slack), and website analytics providers when you accept analytics. These providers process information on our behalf to operate the site, process form submissions, send notifications, provide analytics when accepted, or comply with legal obligations.

Your Choices

You can decline optional analytics, review cookie preferences, or contact us to request access, correction, or deletion of information you provided, subject to legal and operational exceptions.
