AI engineering

Put an AI engineer on the work that eats your week.

Tekton embeds an Ergon AI engineer in your business to fix and automate your processes, one working workflow at a time. Ergon leadership directs the work, and we own the result. Remote-first, working with firms anywhere.

Engagements start at $400. Focused runs $2,000 a month.

The problem

Your business runs on work nobody should be doing by hand.

Orders get retyped from email into the accounting system. Intake forms get keyed in at the end of the day. Invoices go out late because one person owns the spreadsheet. The weekly numbers take a Friday afternoon to pull. Every business has these jobs, and they grow as the business grows.

You've seen the AI demos. You don't need a demo. You need someone to get inside your processes, learn how the work really moves, and build the thing that does it, and then keep it running.

That's Tekton.

How the embed works

An AI engineer inside your business, under Ergon leadership.

Tekton places an Ergon AI engineer with your company. Your engineer learns your processes, fixes what's broken, and automates what's repetitive, using the tools you already run. Each month starts with an agreed outcome and ends with a working workflow your team uses.

One engineer who knows your business.

You work with the same engineer every week. They learn your people, your tools and your exceptions, so each workflow fits how you actually operate.

Directed by Ergon leadership.

Tekton isn't a lone contractor. Every workflow ties to a priority, a measure and an owner, and Jason Oglesby oversees the work so it stays pointed at what matters to the business.

Built, tested, put to work.

We don't stop at the build. We test with your team, roll it out, and make sure people use it. When your business changes, we update the workflow.

We improve systems. We don't scale bad processes. If a process needs fixing before it's worth automating, we fix it first and tell you why.

What gets automated

The work your team retypes, chases and rebuilds every week.

These are examples of the processes Tekton takes on. They're not a menu. Your engineer starts with the one that costs you the most.

Intake and paperwork.

Forms, intake packets and emailed requests turn into clean records in the right system, without anyone retyping them.

Quotes and estimates.

Pricing rules, templates and customer details come together so a quote goes out the same day.

Scheduling and follow-up.

Confirmations, reminders and follow-ups go out on time, every time, without someone working a list.

Invoicing and collections.

Invoices go out when the job closes. Overdue reminders go out on schedule. Payments get matched to the right account.

Systems that don't talk.

Enter it once and it flows to accounting, CRM, scheduling and the field app. No more copying between screens.

Inbox triage.

Incoming requests get sorted, routed and drafted for a reply, with a person approving anything that needs judgment.

The weekly numbers.

The report you build by hand every Friday builds itself and lands in your inbox Monday morning.

How it works

Start small. See the work. Then keep it moving.

  1. Book a Strategy Call.

One conversation with Jason Oglesby on Google Meet. Bring the process that's costing you the most and where it gets stuck. You leave knowing whether Tekton fits and which process to start with.

  2. Starter Project: $400, one time.

Your engineer spends 1–2 hours fixing or automating one small process, so you see exactly how we work before you commit to a month.

  3. Focused: $2,000 a month.

Your engineer takes on your priority workflow. Each month starts with an agreed outcome and ends with a working workflow in use.

  4. Move up when the roadmap demands it.

When one workflow at a time isn't enough, move to Accelerated or Expanded. Your engineer, and the work already running, stay with you.

Pricing

Start with one process. Keep it moving with Focused.

Engagements start at $400. Your first step is a one-time starter project, so you see the work before you commit. Then Focused, our recommended monthly engagement, keeps your priority workflow moving.

Step one

Starter Project

$400 one time

1–2 hours of engineering. One small process fixed or automated, so you see how Tekton works before you commit to a month.

Liked the starter? Focused picks up where it left off: same engineer, your priority workflow, every month.

Step two · Monthly engagement

  • Recommended next step

    Focused

    $2,000/ month

    One clear priority workflow

    • Light embed. Fix and automate one agreed process on your existing tools. Steady progress, not a rebuild.
    • Directed by Ergon leadership
    • Monthly agreed outcome
  • Accelerated

    $4,000/ month

Connected outcomes in one area of the business

    • Deeper embed. Related workflows, integrations, AI-assisted steps, testing, rollout and adoption.
    • Directed by Ergon leadership
    • Monthly agreed outcome
  • Expanded

    $8,000/ month

A complex or urgent portfolio of workflows

    • Our heaviest capacity. Several workflows and systems moving at once. Larger programs get phased.
    • Directed by Ergon leadership
    • Monthly agreed outcome

Each month is scoped as an agreed outcome, not a bucket of hours.

Choosing a tier comes down to one question: how much of your automation roadmap do you want to move in the next 90 days, and how fast?

Common questions

Why not just hire an AI engineer?
A full-time hire means recruiting, salary, benefits and someone to manage them, and most small-to-mid businesses don't have a full-time engineering job to fill. Tekton gives you an engineer directed by Ergon leadership from $2,000 a month, starting with a $400 project.
How is this different from an agency or a freelancer?
A freelancer builds what you describe and moves on. An agency hands you a ticket queue. Tekton puts the same engineer in your business every week, under Ergon leadership, on outcomes you agree each month, and that engineer stays to keep the work running.
Do you work remotely?
Yes. Tekton is remote-first, and our engineers work with firms anywhere. Your engineer works inside your tools and alongside your team, on a steady working rhythm. You don't need us in the building to get the work done.
What's the $400 starter project?
A one-time project: 1–2 hours of engineering to fix or automate one small process. You see how we work and what we build before you commit to a month.
What tools do you work with?
The ones you already run: your email, spreadsheets, accounting, CRM, scheduling and field apps. We don't sell you a new platform to justify the work. If a new tool is the right call, we tell you why before you buy it.
We're not technical. Does that matter?
No. You know the process, and we handle the engineering. You don't need an IT department to run what we build. We build it, maintain it, and your team sees the work get done.
What happens to our data?
It stays yours. Every workflow ships with access rules, clear data boundaries and a log of what it did. Simple and secure beats clever and exposed.
Can we move between tiers?
Yes. Start on Focused and move to Accelerated or Expanded when you need more workflows moving at once. Your engineer and the work already running stay with you.

Next step

Name the process. We'll own the build.

Bring one process that eats your week: how it runs today, and what done looks like. We'll show you where Tekton starts. Start with a $400 starter project, then keep it moving with Focused at $2,000 a month.
