Agenda (4 hours)
- Where AI actually wins — and where it lies to you.
- Claude setup — Projects, custom instructions, and the prompt patterns execs and operators use most.
- Hands-on labs — pick your lane: executive work (synthesize a board pack, draft a hard 1:1, compress a meeting) or operator work (outbound, support replies, turning a process into an SOP).
- Reading your workflows through Claude — where AI compresses time, where it adds risk, and where the process needs fixing first.
- Buying and using AI without getting played — plus AI hygiene: what never to put in Claude, and how to catch wrong answers.
- Capstone — a Monday-morning / 90-day plan for one workflow you own.
(A short break mid-session, given the 4-hour length.)
Prerequisites (required setup)
- A Claude.ai Pro or Team account — the free tier won't cover the labs.
- A laptop (not a phone).
- One real artifact from your work — a deck, board pack, support tickets, or a weekly process.
