There is no curriculum here and no slide deck. You bring a real problem from your business: the quote that takes three hours to build, the inbox nobody can keep up with, the report you rebuild by hand every Monday, and we spend two hours working on it.
Five seats. That is deliberate. Small enough that everyone's problem actually gets worked, not just the loudest one in the room.
Who it's for
Owners and operators who run the business day to day and already know the one thing eating their week. You do not need to be technical. You do need a real problem.
How the two hours go
- Problems on the table. A few minutes each, no polish required.
- We work. Hands on keyboards, on your problem, with your material. Jason works the room.
- You leave with something that runs: a working prompt, a first-cut automation, or a clear plan and the very next step.
What to bring
- A laptop, not a phone.
- One real problem, plus whatever it touches: the spreadsheet, the emails, the process, the file.
- Whatever AI tool you already use: Claude, ChatGPT, Gemini, take your pick. A paid tier goes further, but bring what you have.

FAQ
Is this a class? No. It is a working session. If you want structure and a curriculum, come to the Put Claude to Work Workshop instead.
Do I need to be technical? No.
What if my problem is too small, or too strange? Those are usually the best ones. Bring it.
What if nothing gets solved? Then you leave knowing exactly where the real bottleneck is, which is worth two hours on its own.
Do I have to use Claude? No. Bring whatever you already use: ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, something your company gave you. We work with your tool, not ours.
Is this every month? First Friday, every month, same room, same time.
