How the Engagement Works
Coaching engagements begin with an intake conversation to understand your current role, challenges, and goals. From there, we establish a cadence — typically biweekly or monthly sessions — focused on the leadership areas that will create the most impact for you.
Common areas of focus include stakeholder management and executive communication, decision-making frameworks for ambiguous situations, team building and organizational design during growth, managing up (board communication, investor relations), work-life integration and preventing burnout, and developing your personal leadership philosophy.
